Avoid Diseases By Eating Nutritious Foods

We celebrate the nutrition month during month of July.Our theme in this month is "Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan,Lifestyle Diseases ,Iwasan."
There are so many diseases that affect our health like diabetes,heart disease,cancer and the most popular AH1N1.How do we prevent our body in this kind of diseases we know that the number one caused of of this diseases are also the food we eat because today the food we eat are containing chemicals that are bad to our health.We noticed that cases of cancer become bigger and not only adult but also teenagers. How do we prevent this kind of diseases?. We prevent this kind of diseases in simple way by washing our hands and maintaining the cleanliness of our body.Even we washed our hand every hour every minute if the food we eat are not containing nutrients it's useless. The best is eat nutritious food like vegetable, fruits and other foods that containing nutrients. If we done all this simple thing we protect our body from different kind of diseases.
We must take care of our health because "Health is Wealth" so that eat nutritious food and maintain cleanliness of our body so that we enjoy our life and our life become colorful.
